I made a super healthy Gluten, Dairy & Refined Sugar free breakfast last night to chill overnight and devour in the morning.
I made it with:
4 tbsp wholegrain GF oats
Half a mashed papaya
Juice from half a lime
Juice and some flesh from half a pink grapefruit
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp tasted coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix together and chill. It’s tropical, zingy and so refreshing!
